The Wizards section contains the forms that walk you through different procedures.

• Setup :  Accesses settings for the billings, and system defaults.
• Billings:  Steps you though the two different types of billings that get run each year.
• Interest :  Run each month, it shows you how to add the interest charges.
• Notice of Arrears:  Often run with the Interest wizard, it lets you print notices that get sent to individual rolls.
• Year End:  Use this wizard when you are done with one year and are ready to proceed to the next.  This may not coincide with your tax year end; instead, it may have its own cycle.
