This page will explain the many reports that are available in specific sections of the Water Management's Menu system. Trial Balances Menu
: Trial balance containing all rolls that are in arrears.
Current Trial Balance: Trial balance containing all rolls that are not in arrears.
Comprehensive Trial Balance: All rolls in the system that have outstanding balances or credits are included on this report.
No Interest Trial Balance: Rolls that have been excluded from being charged interest and have an outstanding balance or credit will appear on this trial balance. Both rolls that have been
excluded from the interest run temporarily or permanently will appear.
Transactions: This menu option will pull up a form which allows you to print either the Comprehensive Trial Balance up to a specified date, or the Transactions report for a specified date range.
Additional Reports
: Print the current inquiry for a range of roll numbers.
Banks: View a list of the banks in the system.
Law Firms: Shows the Law Firms used for Water Certificates.
Rates and Charges: Gives a landscape report detailing the water rates and other charges that have been set up in the system.
G/L Update Report: Used to export the transactions to the General Ledger. This is normally called when needed, so this report should only need to be called up manually in the event of a power
outage.
Water Certificates: Once the rolls have been selected on the Law Firms form, you can select this menu option to print the Water Certificates.
Notice of Arrears: A form is shown
where you can choose to print notices for rolls that have a current owing amount without arrears, or for rolls that are in first year arrears. Only first year arrears is available since arrears amounts are
usually transferred to the Municipal Tax system.
Non-Interest Rolls: This is simply a list of rolls that have been excluded from being charged interest.
Current Bulk List: The Bulk list from the last billing will appear
Non-Resident Rolls: Here is a quick list of rolls that have been flagged as non-resident.
