Introduction

This is a small form, as is evident by the picture on the right. With only 3 columns, you only need to enter a code, and description and a number in the Month's column. The Month's column is used on the Recent Service window of the Machines and Machine Maintenance screen to calculate the next service date. If, like the Repair code, it is not a recurring item, then leave it at the default of 0 months. That way, no next service date will be calculated. 

Adding, Editing and Deleting

You can add a new service code in the bottom row that has an asterisk/star in its grey record selector on the left. Editing is easy as long as you don't try to edit a code that is already in use. You can edit the data in the Descriptions or Months columns as often as you like. Be careful with deleting records though. If you delete a service code that is in use, all services that use that code will be erased too. If you do indeed with to delete a service code, then click on the grey record selector button to the left of the code to be deleted and press the delete button on the keyboard.
