While the Machines form keeps track of all machines in the Municipalities possession, this form shows a subset of those machines. In fact, this form, as shown below, is almost identical to the Machines form.

Only vehicles or machines that do not get issued time cards are shown on this screen. That is, all records on the machine form that do not have a check in the Time Cards box will appear on this form. With this form you can add and edit incidents of vehicle maintenance, or just view the most recent events. For an explanation of each field, see the Machines page. The Recent Service section, shown on the right is also the same as on the Machines page. You can add new records using this Machine Maintenance form by clicking the New button and entering the data, but the Time Card field will not be checked by default.
