This page will explain the many reports that are available in the Municipal Tax Management's Menu system. Reports Menu
Trial balance containing all rolls that are in arrears.
Current Trial Balance: Trial balance containing all rolls that are not in arrears.
Supplementary Trial Balance: Trial balance that shows all rolls that currently owe supplementary charges.
Comprehensive Trial Balance: All rolls in the system are included on this report.
No Interest Trial Balance: Rolls that have been set to never pay interest or skip next interest run that have outstanding balances will appear on this report.
Tax Profiles: Print the current inquiry for a range of roll numbers.
Non-Interest Rolls: All rolls that have been set to never pay interest or skip next interest run will appear in a list that is grouped by the Charge Interest setting and sorted by roll.
Roll/Name/Legal Report: Gives the roll, name, legal description, and address for a range of roll numbers.
Assessment Report: This will pull up two reports. The first one will print the roll, name, realty tax code and qualifiers, school support, and assessment for all rolls. It is grouped by the
tax class then qualifier then school support. Each grouping has a total assessment. The second is similar but it only shows the total and includes a count of rolls in each section.
Interim Mortgage/Bulk List: All bulk rolls that have not been paid yet show up on this report.
Final Mortgage/Bulk List: All bulk rolls that have not been paid yet show up on this report.
Mailing Labels: Print mailing labels for a range of rolls using your choice of label format like Avery 5160. To be able to use up a partialy used sheet of labels, a Skip field was added. If
the top 5 lables are missing, then put a 5 in the Skip box so printing will begin with the 6th label. You also have the option to include only rolls that have signed up for PAPP and/or have a Mortgage
number. The last box is a Postal Code Exclude Filter pull down list. It lists all unique data that is found in the Postal Code field of the Address tab of the Tax Master. Selecting a value from
this list will give you all mailing labels that are within the chosen range, restriced by the PAPP amd Mortgage number settings, that do not have the chosen postal code.
Other Charges: Lists the other charges assigned to rolls grouped by the other charge code.
Other Charges Summary: Summarizes the above Other Charges report.
Master by RTC: This is basically a copy of the roll book sorted by the realty tax class.
Rolls With Memos: Shows the memos as they would show on a Tax Certificate.
View Address Changes: A simple
form and report that provides a convenient list that can be sent to the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.
G/L Update Report: Used to export the transactions to the General Ledger.
Taxable Rolls: Lists all rolls with name, Realty Tax Class, Realty Tax Qualifier, and whether or not it is taxable.
Vacant Lots: All rolls that have a Unit Class Code that begins with VL will show up on this report. They are also separated into groups depending on whether or not they are tax exempt.
Transactions: This brings you to a form from which you can print one of two reports. Either you can print the Comprehensive Trial Balance up to a specific date, or you can print the Transactions
report for a date range. The Transaction report simply lists all transactions in the system for the dates specified on the Transactions Print form. This is easier than printing only selected pages of
the Transactions report that has always been available from the Systems -> Reports pull down menu.
Bill Batch Print: This option lets you reprint an entire billing if you wish a second copy after updating the
billing process.
