This page introduces you to the other reports that are available to you within the system
CM Menu
This menu option will bring up a form that allows you to pick a report. It also allows you to pick a date range by which to
restrict the data on the chosen report. There are several reports from which you can choose: Plots By Rights Holder, Plots By Interment Date, Purchases, Markers, Repairs, Burials, and Maintenance.
Other Reports Menu
- Potentially Abandoned Plots:
This is an important report. According to Section 30 of the Cemetery act, you may apply to the Registrar
for a declaration that interment rights are abandoned in respect of interment rights that had been sold at least twenty years before the application and have not been used. To make it easier to prepare the
paperwork, this report is grouped first by those plots that could soon be eligible for abandoned status. The rest of the report is for those that were purchased more than 20 years ago.
Price List: You can print the price list if you prefer to have a hard copy posted or available at the front desk.
Plot Details: This is the same report that is available from the Plot Master. The only difference is that all plots are included in this report where the Plot Master Print button will only bring
up the details for the currently showing plot.
Cemetery Codes: Shows you the same list of cemeteries that is available by clicking the List button on the bottom of the Cemeteries screen.
Section Codes: This menu option will give you the same Sections list that can be had from the Sections
form.
Funeral Homes: Also available from the Funeral Homes screen, this lists all funeral home information that is in the system.
Versions: This shows the most recent changes that have been made to the system
