This Forms section introduces you to the features of the many screens you see in the Machinery system.

• Tangible Capital Assets: TCA Master that gives you access to several screens and reports that track and amortize/depreciate assets.
• Machines Maintenance: A form where you store all the information about vehicles that are not Public Works machines. That is, this screen shows only machines that do not have time cards.
• Services: These codes are used when entering maintenance records.
• Employee Inventory: The Employee Inventory screen tracks what assets have been given to employees like office keys, cell phones and credit cards.
• Inventory Items: These Inventory Item codes are the assets that get selected using the Employee Inventory screen.
• Inventory Sections: The grouping and sorting of inventory items on the Employee Inventory pull down list and report is determined in part by the section to which each inventory item has been assigned.
